Abstract

Plant lighting is one of the key factors in the development of facility agriculture. The development history and technical characteristics of light-emitting diode (LED) plant lighting technology were systematically summarized, recent development of key technologies of LED plant lighting at home and abroad was investigated, and the application status of plant lighting in the fields of family cultivation, greenhouse, plant factory, planting under the forest was analyzed, providing some useful implications for practitioners and researchers in related fields.
