Design of Control System of Jade Mattress Production Line Based on Visual Guidance

Aiming at the phenomenon of artificial and low efficiency in the current jade mattress processing industry, the process of jade dispensing and pasting was analyzed, and the system of jade mattress dispensing and pasting by visual guidance were studied. A set of jade mattress pasting production line control system with mitsubishi L02CPU-CM PLC as the control core, LD77MS motion module as the servo drive, and mitsubishi GOT touch screen as the human-computer interaction tool were proposed, and corresponding hardware and software system design were completed. The production practice showed that the system had strict structure, stable operation and high production efficiency, which could well meet the production requirements of enterprises.
