"Virtual Hacking Robot Technology" is a combination of artificial intelligence and hacking technology. A software theoretical framework is proposed to describe how to implement virtual hacking robots, and the possible services that virtual hacking robots can provide for users are described, such as asset detection, risk quantification, and security verification. Finally, the advantages and challenges of virtual hacking robot technology are analyzed.
