壓花機自動換輥結構的設計與優化

Structure design and optimization of an automatic roller change embossing machine

  • 摘要: 針對普通紙品壓花機在工作過程中圖案單一🧷、更換壓花圖案需要裝卸新輥等問題,設計一種半自動換輥壓花機🍧。其在具有壓花功能的同時,可提供多種壓花圖案選擇和張力檢測🙋🏽,使其能夠接入抽紙流水線中。首先運用solidworks三維軟件完成壓花機結構建模,然後將壓花機模型導入有限元分析軟件ansys中,分析2種輥支撐裝置各部件在正常工作下的應力、形變情況,選擇一項更可行的設計,在衛生紙製品壓花製作領域具有一定的應用前景。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the single pattern in the working process of ordinary paper embossing machine and the need of loading and unloading new rollers to change the embossing pattern, this article proposes the design of an automatic roller-changing embossing machine. This machine not only possesses embossing functionality but also offers multiple pattern options and tension detection, enabling its integration into a tissue paper production line. Firstly, the embossing machine's structural modeling is accomplished using SolidWorks 3D software. Subsequently, the embossing machine model is imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the stress and strain distribution of components in two pattern roller support mechanisms under normal operating conditions. This analysis aids in selecting a more feasible design. The research presented in this article holds significant potential for application in the fields of embossing machinery and tissue paper manufacturing.
