Abstract:
In order to solve the problems of the single pattern in the working process of ordinary paper embossing machine and the need of loading and unloading new rollers to change the embossing pattern, this article proposes the design of an automatic roller-changing embossing machine. This machine not only possesses embossing functionality but also offers multiple pattern options and tension detection, enabling its integration into a tissue paper production line. Firstly, the embossing machine's structural modeling is accomplished using SolidWorks 3D software. Subsequently, the embossing machine model is imported into the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the stress and strain distribution of components in two pattern roller support mechanisms under normal operating conditions. This analysis aids in selecting a more feasible design. The research presented in this article holds significant potential for application in the fields of embossing machinery and tissue paper manufacturing.
