    反井鉆機法在黃金峽水利樞紐出水洞豎井開挖中的應用

    Application of reverse drilling rig method in the excavation of the vertical shaft of the outlet tunnel of the Huangjinxia Water Conservancy Project

    • 摘要: 黃金峽水利樞紐出水洞豎井具有地質相對較復雜,開挖洞徑大,豎井深度較深的特點,如采用普通豎井人工反井開挖方式進行開挖,施工難度很大,施工進度和施工安全都很難得到保證。經方案研究比選,出水洞豎井開挖選擇反井鉆法進行施工,施工不僅操作方便,快速,而且施工更加安全,施工獲得了成功。以反井鉆機法在陜西省引漢濟渭工程黃金峽水利樞紐豎井開挖中成功應用為例,對反井鉆機法施工進行了總結,闡述了反井鉆機法開挖施工工藝及方法,反井堵塞預防及處理、安全保障措施等,尤其是在施工過程中,采用技術超挖和反井防堵及堵井處理措施,其成功的施工技術和經驗,可為類似工程提供施工經驗和技術參考。

       

      Abstract: The vertical shaft of the outlet tunnel of the Huangjinxia Water Conservancy Project has the characteristics of relatively complex geology, large excavation diameter, and deep vertical shaft depth. Therefore, the application of ordinary manual reverse excavation of the vertical shaft will impose immense difficulty on the progress and safety of the construction. After conducting rigorous pilot study, the reverse drilling method was selected for the excavation of the vertical shaft of the outlet tunnel, ensuring the success of the construction with great efficiency, speed and safety. Taking the successful application of the reverse drilling rig method in the excavation of the vertical shaft of the Huangjinxia Water Conservancy Project—Han-To-Wei Water Diversion project of Shaanxi Province as an example, the construction process and methods of the reverse drilling rig method were summarized. The prevention and treatment of pilot shaft blockage, safety measures were expounded, especially during the construction process, the successful construction technology and experience were achieved by adopting technical over-excavation, pilot shaft blockage prevention and treatment measures, providing useful construction experience and technical reference for similar projects in the future.
