      Abstract: With its excellent photoelectric properties, such as adjustable band gap, narrow band, and long carrier diffusion distance, the new lead-halide-based perovskite single crystal has good application prospects in photoelectric detection, solar cells and other fields, and is considered to be the next generation of outstanding photoelectric detection materials. In order to improve and expand the application of perovskites in the field of photoelectric detection, ion doping is used as an important strategy to improve the performance of perovskites. The structure of perovskites and the growth methods of single crystals were introduced, and the research progress of ion doping to regulate the photoelectric properties of perovskite single crystals was discussed.
