過渡金屬納米異質材料在超級電容器中的應用

Application of transition metal nano-heteromaterials in supercapacitors

  • 摘要: 超級電容器因其具有高功率密度、快速充放電性能、超長的循環壽命的優點被廣泛應用。過渡金屬磷化物(TMPs)和層狀雙金屬氫氧化物(LDHs)作為電極材料,具有大比表面積和良好的電化學活性等優點,但TMPs的倍率性能和LDHs導電性較差。將TMPs和LDHs復合形成異質結構來實現二者的協同效應👩‍🚒,從而能夠提高電容器的功率密度和循環壽命。綜述了TMPs、LDHs及其構建的異質結電極材料的製備方法,與其在超級電容器方面的應用,並展望了其今後的研究發展方向和未來的應用前景🦻🏻。

     

    Abstract: The wide application of supercapacitors is due to their high power density, fast charging and discharging performance, and ultra-long cycle life. As electrode materials, transition metal phosphides (TMPs) and layered double metal hydroxides (LDHs) have numerous advantages, such as large specific surface area and good electrochemical activity. However, the magnification performance of TMPs and the conductivity of LDHs are poor due to the inherent properties of the materials. The synergistic effect between TMPs and LDHs can be achieved by combining them to form a heterostructure, thereby improving the power density and cycle life of capacitors. The preparation methods of TMPs, LDHs and their heterojunction electrode materials, as well as their applications in supercapacitors were reviewed. The future research directions and application prospects were discussed.
