Abstract:
Ultraviolet (UV) curable epoxy acrylate (EA) material has the excellent characteristics of high hardness, high gloss, good heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and so on. It is the most widely used and used UV-curable resin at present. It has a wide application value and broad market prospect in the field of UV-curable materials. However, EA curing film also has some disadvantages such as poor flexibility, low water absorption, poor environmental performance and poor mechanical performance, which limit its application in high-tech field. Therefore, how to improve the flexibility and thermal properties of EA, reduce water absorption rate, improve environmental performance, mechanical properties and so on has become a continuous concern of scholars at home and abroad. In this paper, the research progress of EA in recent years is reviewed, and its future development is prospected.
