CeO2/γ-Al2O3臭氧催化劑製備及降解雙酚A性能

Preparation and performance of CeO2 ozone catalyst for BPA degradation

  • 摘要: 雙酚A(BPA)是一種難自然降解的內分泌幹擾物質,其通過幹擾天然激素的方式對生物和人體造成危害。以γ-Al2O3小球為載體𓀐👳🏻,采用水熱法(Hyd)和浸漬法(Imp)製備了CeO2/γ-Al2O3負載型整體式臭氧催化劑,通過X射線衍射(XRD)🔃、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、拉曼光譜(Raman)🦓、比表面積及孔徑分析(物理吸附)對催化劑的結構、形貌和組成進行了表征,並考察了2種方法製備的CeO2/γ-Al2O3在常溫常壓下催化降解水中汙染物BPA的能力🧑‍🎓👨🏽‍💼。結果表明,2種方法製備的負載型整體式催化劑降解BPA性能穩定🅾️;催化劑脫落率低💆🏼‍♂️,負載穩定。在相同的反應條件下🙋🏽‍♂️,廢水的總有機碳(TOC)去除率可由單純臭氧氧化的32.34%增加到CeO2/γ-Al2O3(Hyd)體系的84.31%🥃;CeO2/γ-Al2O3(Hyd)降解BPA的速率和效率明顯高於CeO2/γ-Al2O3(Imp)。製備的負載型整體式稀土臭氧氧化催化劑不僅可以解決固相催化劑易流失難回收的問題🧑🏿‍🏫,而且可有效提高負載型催化劑的催化效率🤽🏻,具有很好的工業應用前景。

     

    Abstract: As an important chemical material, bisphenol A (BPA) is a naturally refractory endecrine interfering substance, which will harm to organisms and human beings by the interference of natural hormone. Two CeO2-based materials were prepared on the γ-Al2O3 monolithic spherical support with hydrothermal method and impregnation method. The structure, morphology, and composition of the CeO2 were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy (Raman) and specific surface area and pore size distribution analyzer (physical adsorption). The ability of CeO2/γ-Al2O3 prepared by two methods to catalyze the degradation of BPA in water was investigated at room temperature and pressure. Results indicate that the supported catalysts prepared by the two methods have stable performance with low leaching rate and stable loading in degrading BPA. The total organic carbon (TOC) removal rate of wastewater can be increased from 32.34% of pure ozone oxidation to 84.31% of CeO2/γ-Al2O3(Hyd) which is much higher than that of CeO2/γ-Al2O3(Imp). The prepared monolithic catalyst of rare earth ozone oxidation has good industrial application prospect, since it solves the problem of difficult recovery of solid-phase catalysts while effectively improves the catalytic efficiency of supported catalysts.
