Identifying Long Noncoding RNA Biomarkers for Lung Adenocarcinoma

  • 摘要: 越來越多的研究表明💇🏼‍♀️,長非編碼RNA的異常表達對人類癌症的發生發展起了非常重要的作用。通過差異表達分析、單樣本網絡方法和生存分析識別出6個長非編碼RNA作為與肺腺癌相關的分子標誌物👳🏽‍♀️。功能富集分析表明6個長非編碼RNA可能參與了細胞代謝的相關生物過程。從分子網絡水平為肺腺癌生物標誌物的識別研究提供了新的角度。

     

    Abstract: More and more study suggested that dysregulated long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) expression played important roles in the development and progression of human cancers. Based on the differential expression analysis, the single-sample network method and the survival analysis, 6 lncRNAs were identified as the molecular biomarkers for lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD). Functional enrichment analysis indicated that 6 lncRNAs might be involved in related biological processes of cell metabolism. A new perspective was provided for identifying the molecular biomarkers of LUAD at the molecular network level.
