Abstract:
The ball and plate system is a very classic experimental platform for automatic control principles. It is also a comprehensive system that integrates various disciplines such as machinery, electronics, automation and computer science. This paper has proposed a solution to build a complete set of ball and plate system platforms, including mechanical structure design, hardware circuit design, embedded software design and host computer design, finally, the feasibility of the program was verified by the physical platform made. The experimental results show that the design scheme of the ball and plate system platform has high practical value and low manufacturing cost. At the same time, this scheme also provides solutions and solutions for the design of other automatic control experimental instruments.
