Abstract:
All inorganic CsPbX
3 (X=Cl, Br, I) perovskite quantum dots with high photoluminescence quantum yields, simple preparation methods, tunable luminescence spectra, narrow full width at half maximum (FWHM) and high defect tolerance, have attracted more and more attention of researchers, being applied in the fields of solar cells, light-emitting diodes (LEDs), flexible display and photodetection due to their potential application prospect. At present, CsPbX
3 quantum dots mainly achieve multicolor luminescence of quantum dots by means of component regulation, surface modification, doping rare earth ions and transition metal ions, and then realize the fabrication of multicolor luminescent LED devices. The preparation, photoluminescence properties and their applications in LED devices for multicolor perovskite quantum dots CsPbX
3(X=Cl, Br, I) were summarized in recent years.
