  • 摘要: 鉛鹵基鈣鈦礦材料因其優異的光電轉化效率🏊🏽‍♀️、可調禁帶寬度、較高載流子遷移率、較大光吸收系數等突出性能🤟🏿,在太陽能電池、發光器件和光電探測等領域獲得廣泛關註😠✍🏽。介紹了鉛鹵基鈣鈦礦薄膜、量子點和單晶的製備和相關物理性能,總結了其在太陽能電池👨🏿‍💼、發光二極管(LED)🗾、光電探測器等領域的最新研究進展🧑🏼‍⚕️🔃,討論了目前存在的問題及未來發展前景🐞。

     

    Abstract: Lead-halide perovskite materials had attracted much attention in solar cells, light-emitting devices and photoelectric detection because of their excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency, tunable band gap, high charge mobility and large optical absorption coefficient. The preparation and physical properties of lead-halide perovskite thin films, quantum dots and single crystals were introduced. The latest research progress in solar cells, light emitting diode (LED), photodetectors and other fields were summarized. The problems in preparation and applications were discussed and the trends of the materials and devices are prospected.
