端粒酶活性檢測研究進展

  • 摘要: 端粒酶是細胞內常見的一種逆轉錄酶♍️,其功能在於維持細胞內染色體末端端粒的長度。端粒酶活性的異常升高通常與腫瘤細胞的產生以及生長相關👮🏿‍♂️。端粒酶的活性已經成為了癌症診療領域中非常重要的生物標誌物。因此🧾,對於端粒酶活性準確且高效的定量分析檢測方案是當今分析科學🤸🏼‍♀️,臨床醫學等相關學科領域研究的重點之一🧑‍🎤。隨著分析測試技術的發展,提出了一系列具有超高性能的端粒酶活性檢測方案。總結了近5年來端粒酶活性檢測方案的發展全貌並且預估了端粒酶活性檢測的未來發展方向。

     

    Abstract: Telomerase is a common type of reverse transcriptase in cells, which plays an important role in maintaining the length of telomeres at the ends of chromosomes. There is always a tight relationship between the growth of tumor cells and the high expression of telomerase activity. Telomerase activity has been a very important biomarker in the field of cancer diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, accurate and efficient quantitative analysis of telomerase activity is one of the key points in the field of analytical science, clinical medicine and other related disciplines. A series of novel telomerase activity detection methods with very good analytical performance have been proposed with the development of analysis and testing technology. This article summarizes telomerase activity detection scheme in the recent five years and we also forecast the future development direction of telomerase activity detection.
