組分含量對CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化CO氧化性能的影響

Influence of Component Content for CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 Performance in Carbon Monoxide Oxidation

  • 摘要: 采用共沉澱法製備CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化劑, 考察CuO質量分數及ZnO:ZrO2質量比對CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化劑結構及物化性能的影響.采用X射線衍射(XRD)👰‍♀️、比表面及孔徑分析(BET)、氫氣程序升溫還原(H2-TPR)、X射線光電子能譜(XPS)等方法表征CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化劑.結果表明🍜:當CuO質量分數為70%, ZnO:ZrO2質量比為1:1時, CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化劑具有較大的比表面積和孔容積, 較好的分散度, 較小的晶粒尺寸, 以及較好的氧化還原性能, 在催化CO氧化反應中表現出較優的活性, 在常壓、373K反應溫度下, CO轉化率達到75%, 並且連續反應22h, 穩定性能良好.

     

    Abstract: CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by XRD, BET, H2-TPR and XPS techniques. The influence of component content including CuO mass fraction and the mass ratio of ZnO and ZrO2 was investigated. The results of characterization revealed that when CuO mass fraction was 70% and mass ratio of ZnO and ZrO2 was 1:1, CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 catalyst showed a larger surface area and pore volume, a higher dispersion of CuO particles with a smaller partical size and better reduction property, thus it exhibited the high catalytic performance in the carbon monoxide oxidation, and under the conditions of 373 K and atmospheric pressure, the CO conversion could reach 75% with good stability of 22 h.
