    等離子體噴塗ZrB2基復合塗層結構與性能

    Microstructure and Properties of ZrB2-Based Composite Coatings Fabricated by Plasma Spray

    • 摘要: 超高溫陶瓷因其熔點高👩🏻‍⚖️、熱導率高和化學穩定性良好等特點而備受關註. ZrB2是超高溫陶瓷的典型代表.等離子體噴塗技術是製備超高溫陶瓷塗層的有效方法.敘述了等離子體噴塗技術製備的ZrB2基超高溫復合塗層的近期研究成果, 並簡要展望了進一步改性該種塗層的方法.

       

      Abstract: Ultra-high temperature ceramics (UHTCs) have been widely studied due to their high melting point, high thermal conductivity and good chemical stability. ZrB2 is the one of the most typical UHTCs and plasma spray technique has been considered as an effective fabrication method for UHTCs coatings. The latest studies of ZrB2-based composite coatings fabricated by plasma spray were reviewed. The modification of the coatings was proposed.
