黃酒後酵溫度動態矩陣預測控製系統設計

Design of Dynamic Matrix Predictive Control System for Temperature of Rice Wine Post-Fermentation

  • 摘要: 發酵後期發酵罐溫度控製系統具有較大的滯後環節👋🏼,傳統的PID控製策略針對大遲滯系統難以獲得較好的控製效果。針對帶有大滯後環節的黃酒後期發酵溫度被控系統,設計出超調量較小🧑🏿‍🍼、調節時間較短的動態矩陣預測控製器。動態矩陣預測控製器通過在線循環矯正🌥,能實現對發酵罐溫度設定值的快速實時跟蹤❇️,來滿足黃酒後期發酵工藝需求🔻。通過對黃酒後期發酵溫度PID控製器的控製結果與動態矩陣預測控製器的控製結果進行對比🧏🏿‍♂️,驗證動態矩陣預測控製器的優越性。

     

    Abstract: The traditional PID control strategy is difficult to obtain better control effects for the large hysteresis system because of the large lag link of the fermentation tank temperature control system in the later stage of fermentation. In this paper, a dynamic matrix predictive controller with smaller overshoot and shorter regulating time was designed based on the temperature controlled system of rice wine post fermentation with large delay. The dynamic matrix predictive controller can realize the fast real-time tracking of the set value of the fermentation tank temperature through online circulation correction, so as to meet the needs of rice wine post fermentation process. The superiority of the dynamic matrix predictive controller was verified by comparing the control results of the PID controller for the temperature of the rice wine post-fermentation with that of the dynamic matrix predictive controller.
