復雜載荷條件下柴油機氣缸套的變形仿真分析

Simulation Analysis on Deformation of Diesel Engine Cylinder Liner under Complex Loads

  • 摘要: 基於ANSYS軟件👲👨🏿‍🍼,對柴油機氣缸套在螺栓預緊力🙅🏽‍♀️、燃氣壓力👧、活塞側推力以及溫度載荷作用下的變形進行了數值仿真。結果表明🦹🏿🧝🏿‍♀️,溫度載荷是引起氣缸套變形的主要因素,螺栓預緊力和燃氣壓力對氣缸套的變形影響很小可以忽略💆🏼‍♂️,而活塞側推力則會導致氣缸套圓柱度誤差🫷🏼。

     

    Abstract: Numerical simulation on deformation of diesel engine cylinder liner was carried out by ANSYS under complex loads such as bolt pretention, gas pressure, lateral thrust of piston and temperature field. As a result, temperature load was the leading factor inducing liner deformation, and the influences of bolt pretention and gas pressure were very small so that it could be ignored, however, the lateral thrust of piston may caused liner cylindricity error.
