上海汙水處理廠尾水及地表水中非甾體抗炎藥的時空分布及其風險評估

Spatial and Temporal Distribution and Risk Assessment of Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs in Tail Water and Surface Water of Shanghai Sewage Treatment Plants

  • 摘要: 研究了上海6家汙水處理廠尾水中10種典型非甾體抗炎藥(NSAIDs)的賦存和分布特征,並采用風險熵值(RQ)模型評估其潛在的生態環境風險👳🏼。結果表明:10種典型NSAIDs在尾水中均被檢出🫲🏿,其中對乙酰氨基酚的檢出濃度高達1338.75 ng/L;NSAIDs濃度在上海6所汙水處理廠尾水中呈現時空分布特征;參照RQ模型評估受納水體中NSAIDs的生態風險,結果顯示在所有檢出的目標物質中,布洛芬和雙氯芬酸的風險熵值都大於0.1,表明其對水體的生態環境存在中等風險,這與2種目標物質的頻繁使用密切相關。

     

    Abstract: The occurrence and distribution characteristics of 10 typical non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in the tail water of six sewage treatment plants in Shanghai were studied, and the risk quotient (RQ) model was used to assess their potential ecological and environmental risks. The results showed that 10 typical NSAIDs were detected in the tail water, of which the detected concentration of acetaminophen was as high as 1338.75 ng/L; the concentration of NSAIDs in the tail water of six Shanghai wastewater treatment plants showed temporal and spatial distribution characteristics; the ecological risk of NSAIDs in receiving waters was evaluated with reference to the RQ model. The results showed that the risk entropy values of ibuprofen and diclofenac were greater than 0.1 among all the target substances detected, indicating their impact on the water. The ecological environment had a moderate risk, which was closely related to the frequent use of the two target substances.
